If the product turns out to be faulty or has any defect, then the item can be exchanged with in 5 Days.
There is no Refund policy as per customer’s liking or disliking of the product.
If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may Exchange the products delivered to you within 5 days after delivery, as long as:
- the products are unwashed and not used in any way
- the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged);
- the product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned
- the product was purchased other than seasonal/discounted campaign
